From Plymouth’s Children and Young People’s Trust
All children and young people to:
- Be provided with platforms to express their views on Plymouth issues
- Have their academic, creative and sporting talent celebrated at school and by the city
- Experience the opportunity to take part in an annual Plymouth creative arts event
- Enjoy at first hand the heritage sites of our maritime city and its surroundings as part of learning
- Have access to residential experience
- Be offered the opportunity to help others through voluntary activity
- Have the opportunity to choose and accredit their out of school learning through the ‘Children’s University’
- Be able to take part in the ‘Summer Mix’ programme of accredited educational and recreational activities during the school holiday period.
